La APP Comfort.me si connette al tuo termostati intelligente Comfort.me e ti permette di programmare, controllare e azionare da remoto il termostato Wi-Fi.

L'applicazione è in grado di controllare entrambe le versioni disponibili del termostato Comfort.me:

- Modello da parete: cronotermostato Wi-Fi ideale per sostituire l'attuale cronotermostato. Grazie alla placchetta in dotazione è facilmente adattabile alle classiche scatole di derivazione 503.

- Modello senza fili: cronotermostato wireless ideale per nuove installazioni o quando è necessario spostare il termostato in un punto diverso dell'abitazione.

Pessima quest’ultima versione!!! È da 48 ore che di nuovo apro la app e la schermata all’interno è bianca/vuota, senza una scritta o un tasto sul quale poter premere! Non è possible fare nulla non si può accedere ad alcun comando!!! Vergognoso nel 2020 che non risolviate il problema subito!!! Praticamente non si può utilizzare il prodotto! Assistenza clienti totalmente INUTILE

Il termostato wireless Comfort.me si sconnette in continuazione dalla rete Wi-Fi e non permette il funzionamento da remoto. Ho scritto più volte al centro assistenza e l’unica cosa che mi hanno risposto è che non è mai successo. Scadente!

Sembra incredibile ma nei giorni festivi l’applicazione non permette la programmazione giornaliera. Un mistero .... !! Lo strumento per il resto funziona ed è di facile installazione . Assistenza post vendita di scarsa qualità. Il numero verde, seppur pubblicizzato sul loro sito, non è attivo.
