Trotz aktuellen Stand geht jetzt zwar das Koppel wieder aber die App läd sich nicht mehr den Home Bildschirm herunter geschweige denn dass man irgend etwas hinzufügen könnte ! Somit absolut unbrauchbar! Und eigentlich dachte ich Busch Jäger ist eine große Zukunftssichere Firma ! Mein Fazit , Finger weg , alles Schrott ### 1/5 — Katastrophale App *2021-08-28, version 1.2.7* Die App ist grausam. Bedienkonzept hat man sich keines überlegt und die Funktionalität ist sehr dünn, gemessen am Preis des benötigten Panels. -Ein falscher Klick in der App und man ist vom Panel getrennt und muss sich erst wieder am Panel paaren. Blöd wenn man im Urlaub ist. -Keine Live Aktualisierung von Status Variablen - Ansichten sind OK, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig. Also eher unbrauchbar. ### 1/5 — Schlechter geht es nicht *2020-06-19, version 1.2* Schlechte App überhaupt, wenn man mal bedenkt was man alles an Kosten dafür hat und so eine billige App auf den Markt bringt, lächerlich. ### 1/5 — Frechheit *2020-05-07, version 1.2* Sie sollten sich schämen, solch einen schlechten Support zu haben. Ich habe einen 5 stelligen Betrag investiert und kann meine Anlage nicht mit einem ipad Steuern. Seit Ewigkeiten wird nichts unternommen. Mit dem iphone funktioniert das system nur unzuverlässig. Stand Ihrer Technik und Qualität ist total veraltet und Support praktisch nicht vorhanden. Kaufen Sie auf keinen Fall Busch Jaeger Produkte!!! ### 1/5 — Tausende Euro für ... *2018-12-11, version 1.2* Das Panel find ich gut, die App ist nahezu unbrauchbar. Schon auf meinem „alten“ iPhone sehr sehr seltsame Phänomene. Die Oberfläche ist weder besonders intuitiv noch grafisch ansprechend. Und seit dem ich mir ein neues iPhone (XR) geholt habe, klappt die Verbindung nicht mehr und man sieht an der Auflösung und der schwarzen Streifen unten und oben das die App seit ewigen Zeiten nicht mehr gepflegt wurde .. Na Vielen Dank ### 2/5 — Wäre mal Zeit für eine Version 2.0 *2017-12-24, version 1.2* Wieso werden teuere KNX Komponenten immer nur mit halbherzigen Apps ausgestattet, die dann auch nicht mehr beachtet und gepflegt werden? Ich hätte da mal eine Frage an die Entwickler! Haben Sie die Demo in der App auf einem aktuellen IPad mit iOS 11 getestet? Nur mal zwei Punkte: 1. Das wischen von Seiten wie auf dem IPhone funktioniert auf dem iPad nicht. 2. Slider verschwinden geöffnet aus dem Sichtfeld und sind somit nur teilweise bedienbar. Ich versteh nicht wie man so etwas abliefern kann!? Bei uns steht demnächst ein neues Projekt an und von der Hardware hatte ( Betonung auf hatte )ich mich auf Busch-Jaeger festgelegt, aber nachdem ich diese App gesehen habe, werde ich meine Entscheidung noch einmal gründlich überlegen müssen. Eine Kommunikation darüber wäre wünschenswert. ### 1/5 — Funktioniert nicht mehr mit iOS 11 *2017-10-22, version 1.2* Die Haussteuerung mit dieser App funktioniert bei mir seit dem Update auf iOS 11 nicht mehr („Fehler in der Kommunikation mit dem Busch-ComfortPanel“). Da ich scheinbar nicht der einzige mit diesem Problem bin (s. andere Bewertungen), scheint es ein grundsätzliches Problem zu sein.
