السلام عليكم،

للأسف هذه أسوأ تجربة مررت بها مع خدمة تأجير سيارات.

قمت بحجز السيارة ودفع جميع الرسوم والتأمين، وكان من المفترض تسليمي السيارة في الموعد المحدد، لكن حتى الآن لم يتم التسليم، ولا يوجد أي رد على اتصالاتي أو رسائلي.

استأجرت السيارة بسبب ظرف طارئ، فوالدتي مريضة وتحتاج إلى مراجعة المستشفى، واعتمدت على التزامكم بما تعلنون عنه من سرعة في التسليم. وبسبب تأخركم اضطررت لاستئجار سيارة أخرى من الشارع حتى أتمكن من نقلها للمستشفى، وتحملت تكاليف إضافية وخسرت وقتًا وجهدًا.

ما حدث غير مقبول إطلاقًا، خصوصًا مع عدم وجود أي تواصل أو توضيح من طرفكم رغم كثرة محاولاتي.

أطالب بإلغاء الحجز فورًا وإعادة كامل المبلغ المدفوع دون أي خصومات، وتعويضي عن الضرر الذي لحق بي نتيجة هذا التأخير والإهمال.

حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل في كل من تسبب بهذا الضرر، وأسأل الله أن ينصفني ممن قصّر في أداء مسؤوليته.

أنصح الجميع بعدم الاعتماد على الوعود الإعلانية إذا لم يكن هناك التزام فعلي بخدمة العملاء أو بمواعيد التسليم، خاصة في الظروف الإنسانية والطارئة

جربته مره وهذي اخر مره الدعم صعب فيه تكلمهم في الواتي في اي مشكله تاخذ يوم يومين الى ثلاث ايام عشان يردون عليك واذا رد يقولك افتح مذكره دعم في التطبيق واذا فتحت مذكره تاخذ لك بالاسابيع عشان يردون لي مبلغ عندهم بسبب حجز ملغي لي شهرين يماطلون ويالله يردرن عليك انصحكم في تطبيق تلقاني و كروه من تجربه
