### 3/5 — It’s okay…

*2026-07-22, version 1.7.3*

This machine is okay. The best part is being able to control it from your phone. However,
I bought this for my lower back lower and while the options for placement offer other areas on the body, it does not offer an option for placement on the lower back. I am also wondering why your avatars do not include people of color.

### 4/5 — Wireless TENS unit

*2025-11-23, version 1.7.0*

I bought this unit because it was wireless and I could use the app instead of carrying around another devise. I really like this product. I just wish they would update the app to allow for continuous usage instead of just 60 mins max. I hate after the time is up the unit shuts off and I have to blindly figure out which is the power button to restart. PLEASE consider updating the app to allow continuous usage time.

### 2/5 — iPhone 17 issues

*2025-11-10, version 1.6.9*

The app will not pair with my new iPhone 17. App worked with my previous iPhone 12, but now that I got a new phone my TENS Units will no longer pair. Please update/fix.

### 2/5 — Annoying BEEP

*2025-07-12, version 1.6.5*

Please add a mute feature. The beep is the worst!!!

Otherwise the unit works great about 50% of the time, but when you get it on it gets the job done!

I regret not buying the one with a dedicated remote. The blue tooth seems to disconnect frequently.

### 4/5 — Tens

*2025-03-11, version 1.5.5*

My only complaint is that I can’t connect to sets at the same time. I would like to have them going on both knees at the same time. Great device.

### 3/5 — Cannot remove device?

*2025-02-13, version 1.5.2*

Cannot remove device. Cannot reconnect after connection persistently failed ? Otherwise, it’s good.

### 2/5 — Works but!!!!!

*2024-12-10, version 1.5.0*

I’ve had three of the two vibrating massagers and one of the four vibrating massagers two of the two vibrating massagers failed after two or three months because of using them all the time the vibrating motors in the unit get hot and they start deteriorating and stop running or they break loose inside the massager and plastic hurt your back more than the massaging helps

### 2/5 — App is great when it works.

*2024-09-04, version 1.4.0*

So it’s been a good app but now I can’t use the tens unit because their servers are busy? I have been dealing with tennis elbow all year and tweaked it today. I am trying to use this and can’t!!

### 2/5 — Records the data but no Apple health integration

*2024-06-16*

1 year on and the great products and clear app is still let down by the lack of integration with Apple health 🥲

Records the data but no Apple health integration App in self is ok but the whole point of having it Bluetooth connected is to have all my data in one place and for me and most users that is Apple health. If that was made clear I would not have purchased this BP monitor

### 1/5 — What the heck is requiring a login for?

*2024-04-14, version 1.2.5*

What the heck is requiring a login for and even worse every time you use my TENs device. Just get rid of the login!

### 3/5 — Keeps logging me out

*2024-02-10, version 1.2.3*

The app works okay with their tens unit and does what it should.
For some odd reason the app keeps logging me out every couple of days. This is an unnecessary inconvenience when I just want to use my tens unit. Please fix this.

### 2/5 — Awesome IF

*2024-01-12, version 1.2.1*

You can log in. Was in horrible pain and couldn’t use it for over a day, because everything I tried to log in I got a message that the app couldn’t connect to server, please try later.
Deleted app, restarted phone, installed app again but that didn’t work either. That should absolutely no happen. And if, then there definitely should be some kind of back up option!

### 1/5 — Dangerous!!!

*2023-11-02, version 1.0.15*

App gives itself access to a all kinds of info on my phone. It says it collects no data but no way it needs all the permissions to run a tens unit.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bluetooth

*2026-05-12, version 1.7.3*

Hard to connect and set up

### 1/5 — App issues

*2025-12-28, version 1.7.0*

App won’t let me log in after using it continuously for a month. Now it won’t accept the requested password protocol. No matter the combination I put in it just keeps restating 6-12 characters. Frustrated after how user friendly it seemed!

### 1/5 — Search

*2025-11-05, version 1.6.9*

Leg compresses

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-10-25, version 1.6.8*

I purchased the neck and shoulder model K4015 and it will not connect to the app via Bluetooth making it completely useless. Customer service is nonexistent so I will return this product and buy from a different company.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-07-09, version 1.6.4*

All of a sudden this app has just stopped working . Useless and annoying

### 1/5 — Won’t Connect

*2025-04-07, version 1.5.7*

App no longer will connect my device. Don’t buy anything from Comfytemp because you won’t be able to use it due to their inability to provide a working app

### 1/5 — Failure

*2024-11-27, version 1.4.8*

Works great for about a week and then stops working. I’ve bought two and I’m done trying.

### 1/5 — Steals your data

*2024-11-19, version 1.4.7*

This app requires you to set up an account. Where do you think all your data gets sent when you use the app? Now they have information about your devices making it easier to hack. There is absolutely no need to have an app for this simple device. Simply an espionage device

### 1/5 — Login required to use

*2024-09-25, version 1.4.1*

For some reason you have to login to the app. Why do you need to login with Apple, Facebook or Google so they can track you just to use their device.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2024-09-08, version 1.4.0*

I just bought a massage belt and it won’t even let me make an account.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2026-06-25, version 1.7.3*

Portable red light belt Pro belt is awesome…just needs a battery status on the app.

### 5/5 — Flawed from the start

*2026-03-25, version 1.7.3*

I couldn’t even register. It kept telling me to use a 6-12 character password with both letters and numbers. I did, yet nothing.

### 5/5 — Satisfaction Guaranteed

*2025-11-01, version 1.6.8*

I’m very satisfied w my compytemp. I’m 74 n always wanted something like this n I got it S

### 5/5 — Sound off

*2025-09-16, version 1.6.7*

How to off sound?
Too loud

### 5/5 — Red light belt

*2025-04-30, version 1.5.9*

It works for my back pain.

### 5/5 — Great products

*2025-02-22, version 1.5.3*

So far I’ve purchased their TENs Unit, Heated Elbow Brace, XL Back Heating Pad with Massage, and the Leg Massager. I’ll probably be buying more. Are they perfect? No, but I’m not on a hospital bed either. I get exactly what I need in the comfort of my home without being tied to a plug. So far everything I purchased is worth every penny. The app is easy to use and I find the extra modes a nice touch. I definitely recommend. I’m a C-Spine patient with vein issues in lower leg, neck issues, and carpal tunnel. Blown and herniated discs, bulging discs, and nerve damage all respond to what I’ve purchased. Happy Customer!

### 5/5 — Excellent Tens Unit!

*2024-07-19, version 1.3.2*

I’m really loving this tens unit. It provides excellent strength and variability with the ap. The only thing I would change is to ad a warning beep about 5 min before the program starts because once it stops the unit has to be reconnected to the ap. This would be no big deal if it was being used on the front of the body but it’s quite a struggle when it’s placed on the back where it can’t be seen. Actually it would be really nice if there was an option to keep it running until the battery died. That would be ideal.

### 5/5 — My comftemp product

*2023-04-23, version 1.0.8*

I purchased the tens unit on Saturday afternoon and received in very early the next morning. After I downloaded the app and charged it, I was then able to use it immediately and just love it.
The only problem is the length of the cord. I placed it on areas where I needed it the most and just laid down and relaxed.
The rest was history as they say. If it was Christmas. The entire office would get one from me. I may still order by a few more. As a matter of fact. I’m gonna order two more this week.

I especially love the daintiness of it. I can wear it and no one would know I had it on.

Great Job! I rank it a 10+
Sincerely, one of your fans….

### 5/5 — Working fine and dandy

*2023-03-22, version 1.0.8*

It was a bit tricky to understand the login and vetting a new registered used. After it was approved, the app works seamlessly and without reading the provided manual, I was able to navigate and get the tens unit functioning. It’s a bargain for what I paid for the item.
Most users simply try to choose an email and poor password, so they get to the point where they are unable to use. It’s all there, just follow all the prompts and use a valid email/ password combination.
Good job

### 5/5 — Blood pressure tracking

*2022-12-04, version 1.0.5*

App is working well I’m able to track my blood pressure and can start the machine via the app.
