I uninstalled and reinstalled it and now it won’t even let me import my saved backup. Also, when the next issue in the series comes out would be a nice touch. Overall it’s good, but it didn’t really update on time for Flash, Detective Comics, Moon Knight, Superman: Son of Kal-El, and a few others. ### 3/5 — Checklist *2021-05-03* So I’ve been reading the current Flash series and there’s like 108 issues right now. I have to click each individual issue to say “read”. Why can I not go to the most recent one I read and click “I read the other 100 too.” ? **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! You can go to the volume screen, tap the More button (“…”), and select “Mark All as Read”, if that helps. ### 3/5 — Almost Perfect *2020-11-14, version 2.1* The one thing that is missing is some form of syncing between devices, it offers an iPad iPhone and Mac app, but none of those seem to sync with each other, which would for me kinda ruin the point of a reading list if all of my lists are different between devices. But otherwise it’s great as a way to keep track of floppy comics **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! If your devices are connected to the same Apple ID, the app should sync automatically via iCloud. No extra configuration required. ### 4/5 — Goodreads: (But an App (for Comics)) *2020-09-19, version 2.0* I'm not sure the description is misleading but what the app actually does is download data from comicsvine's open api's and creates you a comic collecting software, which isn't easy to find on the Mac, especially not for free. I'm not sure how scalable it is but it's a great idea... for me anyway ### 4/5 — User friendly *2020-02-26, version 1.12.4* The app is absolutely user friendly. I love the fact that you can add all issues of a run to your library with one click. And the pull list it builds is accurate and essential. The only improvements I can request are variant cover thumbnails (even if just going forward) and comics that are owned but not yet read. I am always behind in my reading but want to make sure I have an accurate list of old comics where I own part of the run but haven’t been able to read yet. All it has is a search engine and nothing else. Wasted download! ### 2/5 — where's the library? *2016-05-12, version 1.9.2* i can't access my library at all. i really want to use this app, but it simply doesn't work as shown. as soon as i open it, all i can do is "search" and the list of "suggestions" takes up the entire screen and can't close my keyboard. after i search for something and select it to add to my library, all i can do is "check" an issue and "archive" it. whatever that means. and then i'm immediately taken back to the search screen with the same suggestions. at no point am i able to access my library, reading list, or any other advertised feature. please fix this. i need an app like this. well, like the one in the screenshots anyway. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — It is good but I need help *2024-03-19* It’s very good the only problem is how can I read the comics because I literally can’t but everything else is good **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. You can add trades, single issues and more! You can select which issues of a run you have and archive completed runs and it doesn’t lose your data. A simple app that shows what comics I’m reading and what issue I’m on, and let’s me know when a new issue releases. It seems other apps are for hardcore collectors, but I just needed something to keep track of all the different comics I’m reading. The plot and character summaries are great added benefits. ### 5/5 — Used to be good. *2020-02-14, version 1.12.4* The app used to work great, now when ever I try to add new comics I get the error code “Request Failed: client error (420). If this was resolved the app would have a 5 star review. This app is fantastic.
