Meet Journey, a new widget that lays out the road ahead, with every good thing coming up as a stop along the way. Put any event on your Lock Screen with the new "Choose your event" widget, and read every countdown at a glance with a big, bold number. Light haptic taps make every press feel alive. Prefer it quiet? Switch them off in Settings. ComingUp now speaks your language on every screen. Plus: 11 new icons, from pizza nights to snowmen; a fresh look for the ComingUp Events and Calendar widgets; a step-by-step Widget guide; a tidier Settings screen; and a new place to request and vote on features. Fixed: birthdays and other repeating events now roll on to next year in your widgets, and the Next Event widget no longer crashes when nothing's coming up. Thanks for using ComingUp. We'd love to hear what you think! ### 5.3.0 — 2026-10-02 Count down together! When you share an event, everyone you've shared it with now appears right on its ticket — "Counting down with Sam" — and a tap shows the whole list, including who's accepted and who's still invited. Your widgets now switch to dark mode along with your iPhone, with colours that match the app and event names that stay easy to read. Thanks for using ComingUp — we'd love to hear what you think! ### 5.2.0 — 2026-09-26 Your events are now tickets! Every countdown in your list - and the card on each event's own page - has a fresh ticket design, so everything you're looking forward to feels like a ticket to something good. We've also tidied things up across the app: a more consistent look in Add Event, Settings and the icon picker, with patterns, tags and attachments easier to find. Plus ten new event icons, from graduation caps to guitars. Thanks for using ComingUp - we'd love to hear what you think! ### 5.1.1 — 2026-09-19 This update fixes an issue that could prevent sharing an event from completing. Thanks for your patience - and, as always, we'd love to hear your feedback! ### 5.1.0 — 2026-09-18 Tags are here. Create your own tags — with a name and icon — and attach them to any event, so you can group your countdowns the way you actually think about them. Tagged events now show at a glance in your list, and their tags appear right on the event's page. We've also given ComingUp a fresh new app icon. Thanks for using ComingUp — we'd love to hear what you think! ## Apps similar to ComingUp | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Countdown Calendar Timers](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/countdown-calendar-timers/id6748654239) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Utilities | | [时刻清单-重要日程助手](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/id6762139143) | — | Free | Utilities | | [EventHorizon: Smart Countdown](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/eventhorizon-smart-countdown/id6471359999) | 5.0 (5) | Free | Utilities | | [时光伴侣 – 精美纪念日倒计时组件](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/id6741770552) | — | Free | Utilities | | [DintAlarm - Custom Alarm](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/dintalarm-custom-alarm/id6774589553) | — | Free | Utilities | | [任务百分比](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/id6746470843) | — | Free | Utilities | ## More apps by Robert Niven - [Rehearse: Speech Coach](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/rehearse-speech-coach/id6760942471) All apps by Robert Niven: https://appshunter.io/developer/1719142744 ## Related topics [coming up](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/coming-up) --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
