What's up with that?! ### 1/5 — Awful controls *2011-10-11, version 1.0.1* It's one thing to be a difficult game due to tough level design and enemies. It's another thing to be difficult because of floaty, unresponsive controls. Got it when it was a dollar. I want that dollar back. ### 3/5 — I really wanted to like this *2015-04-03* I got more than half way through this game when I started to feel like it was a chore more than a fun video game. The biggest issue is the controls. Using an external controller there is way too much lag for a game that needs such split second precise movements. On-screen controls are poorly laid out and way too small, with no way to adjust. Finally the jet-pack type jumping is very hard to adjust too especially in tight areas. ### 3/5 — Controlls Need Work *2014-10-08* The music and graphics are cool. The level design as far as I've seen is pretty good. My biggest beef with the game is how frustrating the jump can be. It feels more like a jet pack, going slower then faster as you ascend. Whether it is a product of tricky jumping programming or intentional difficult controls. I don't care for it. It probably was intentional, as the levels are based around it. But levels can still have difficult precision platforming and good controls, like in super meat boy. ### 3/5 — Jumping Too Hard *2012-11-15* I really wanted to like this game, but I couldn't get over the weird jump controls. The jump physics are completely counterintuitive (you start you jump very slow and then speed up at the top of your jump, the exact opposite of real world physics.) This shoddy jumping mechanism makes it very hard to perform precision jumps and "small" jumps. Unfortunately, this new update reset all my progress, though my Game Center points are still intact. I had gotten 3 stars and a badge on every level, as well as completing all the objectives, & am currently in the top 5 in the world in this game's Game Center rankings (my username is Turtopia). So obviously this was very saddening. I would really love it if someone could help me out.
