I ask for Elvis Presley Gospel songs. 25 requests and never get what I asked for. Numerous playback that is not Elvis Presley at all. If this persists I will have to cancel.

We listen to the SAME radio station every morning. Now the device plays other stations when we ask for our favorite station. We have installed the tune in app and set the station as our favorite. No improvement. 

I regret selling my Bose system. No voice commands on it, but it did what I wanted it to do.

My echo dot plays my pod casts fine, but music is another matter. It used to play music just fine. For the last few months the music can cut off after only 20 seconds, 2 minutes or after 2 songs. It’s totally random. I can play music on my TV with no issues. It makes no sense. The biggest reason I bought the echo dot was for music. I am totally disappointed and disgusted. I have the echo dot hooked up to much better speakers than the TV has too.

Everything at cost cost cost. Hard to log in. Hate.  Cat talk to as support as and greet decent info unless you pay an arm and let. No longer love the app
