Now the device plays other stations when we ask for our favorite station. We have installed the tune in app and set the station as our favorite. No improvement. I regret selling my Bose system. It used to play music just fine. For the last few months the music can cut off after only 20 seconds, 2 minutes or after 2 songs. It’s totally random. I can play music on my TV with no issues. It makes no sense. The biggest reason I bought the echo dot was for music. I am totally disappointed and disgusted. Ever since the “new” Alexa was installed (we called support who had us refresh it to original factory standards) she now “literally” plays for 10 seconds! Tried everything - playing SiriusXM, Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music… nothing works!
