Please update as I am unable to login and unlock the door when someone call

When I receive call notification and open the app from the notification it force closes. And if I return to the app I cant watch the camera neither open the door before I receive another call. So the app is doing nothing for me.
Also we cant see the video saved from recent callers.

The application is not compatible with the ios system. The application does not work in the background and it must be closed and then opened again .. I expect you to update it
