잘사용하다가 어느순간부터 전등만 안돼요 ㅠㅠ 갤럭시는 잘되는거같은데
아이폰으로 바꾸고 안되는거같아요
입주민들중에 아이폰이신분들 저랑 같은 증상 많으시더라구요
앱이 문제같은데 앱을 업데이트좀해주세요
전등 온오프안되니 너무짜증납니다 ㅠㅠ

이 어플은 왜 될때보다 안될때가 더 많은건지 일시적으로 사용할수없다는 메세지가 몇일째 제발 이딴 쓰레기 제품 만들어 팔지 마라 고객센터 전화했더니 월패드가 제대로 되는지 확인해야 된다네 ㅋ 아니 iot 제품을 원할때 쓰고싶어쓰는거지 매번 월패드확인해가면서 쓸꺼면 뭐하러 이걸 쓰냐 진짜 뭔 생각으로 이딴 쓰레기를 만들어 파는건지

9년 넘게 잘 쓰고 있었는데 오늘 갑자기 로그인 페이지가 뜨더니 루비 아이디와 비번을 아무리 넣어도 안맞다고 나옵니다. 거실 코맥스에서 루비 비번을 새로 설정하고 앱 로그인 시도해도 로그인이 안되서 앱을 쓸 수가 없어요.

잘쓰고 있던 중에 자동로그아웃됨 로그인하려니 회원정보가 맞지 않대요 월패드 off후 다시 해도 똑같습니다 비번 변경후 로그인해도 맞지 않다고 하고 회원탈퇴(초기화) 후 로그인 해도 같은 증상 발생합니다 쓸수가 없네요ㅠㅠ
