They don’t give you a full refund unless you pay for the return shipping. And if you choose one of their two options, they only offer store credit. I sent multiple emails and even reached out through Business Chat, but no one ever responded. Because they ignored my messages, the package was shipped to the wrong address. They didn’t allow cancellation, didn’t update the address, and didn’t provide any support at all. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Good customer service should at least reply to urgent requests, especially when the issue was reported right after ordering. When you return an item, they do not refund the full amount to your original payment method. Instead, they only offer store credit or a 50% refund, which feels unfair and inconvenient. A company should stand behind their products and provide a straightforward, customer-friendly return process. Their support team is unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely indifferent. It’s clear they have no customer policy or responsibility toward buyers once they take your money. I’ve never seen such a careless attitude from an online retailer. Please do not order from Commense — you risk losing your money with zero protection or assistance. Apparently adding this function was too difficult for this advanced tech coders ? TRUTH - they intentionally make it hard !
