## What is Commercial Agent Lite, gfr21?

gFr21 Commercial Agent is an app for the management of sales of the commercial agents multi-wallet..

 -Clients:
           It contains data commercial, tax, terms of payment etc.
           The postal address and the delivery address you can search directly on maps.
           Sales by customer, customer zones.
           Possibility to save a summary of visits to clients. Calculation of the profitability of the customer
           (sales per visit).

 -Suppliers:
           It contains the company's trade and fiscal data.
           The address you can search directly on maps.
           Sales by supplier.
           Possibility to save a summary of visits to suppliers.

 -Catalogues:
           Each supplier can have an unlimited number of catalogues.
           Control of the delivery of catalogues to customers.
           Possibility of  price points.
           Print PDF catalog with images and barcode, export all the catalog items that you select.

 -Products:
           Articles have reference, description, price, points (if tariff of prices you is by points),
           description long, the amount can be put into units, meters, kilograms or litres and an image
           can be associated.

 -Sales:
           You can create budgets, orders, delivery notes, invoices and claims.
           In the references of the lines of sale, you can modify the description, quantity, price, unit
           discount and VAT, there is also a button to add to the description, a description longer if we
           put in the article.
                       Possibility of: 
                                 Images of the project associated with the sale, in this case the image will be
                                 printed after the sale record.
                                 Duplicate a sale and assign it to another customer.
                                 Print pictures of items for sale.
                                 When we send a sale by mail are sent three copies, one for the client one 
                                 provider and one for our company (user).

                                 See sales statistics by month, and by groups (suppliers and customers).

 -Collection management: 
           Input collection, charged part and part delivered to the supplier.
           Observations (private on the charging).
           Possibility to make a payment receipt to the customer.

-Commissions:
           Control of sales commissions and /or collections. It also controls the Commission on
           incentives.
           Commissions invoice from the supplier (can be automatically or manually).

-Expenditure:
           Control of expenditures and/or revenues. You can associate photographs of tickets of the
           expenditure.
           Print the list of expenses with your images.
           Export the list of expenditures.

  -Utilities:
           You can export or import, customers, suppliers, catalogues, products, sales and the entire
           database.
           There is a template to export.  Used to import eg price lists.

-The management of the application is very easy and intuitive. Each window has an aid.

- Backups can be made by sending the database export to iCloud or any app
   that allows the reception of files (DropBox, Drive, etc.) or sending an email with the file.
   You can also use the shared folder with iTunes.

-The LITE version is fully operational, the only downside is that when generating the PDF of the sale, no references and descriptions are shown and has a limit of 3 sales, 3 invoices commissions, 3 expenses.

Salve app. è sostanzialmente buona però ci sono cose da migliorare per esempio non è menzionato il corriere nella proposta ordine,il documento generato e troppo largo gli spazzi del foglio non sono ottimizzati (si possono inserire pochi articoli la parte inferiore del foglio e quasi tutta vuota).Ma la cosa più importante è che non si possono importare articoli,clienti e fornitori.poi inserite un tutorial su you tube è importante.
