Worst app I’ve ever used. It doesn’t work half the time. Every time I open it they say error and I can’t transfer money or anything. I’ve been in situations where I am trying to buy something but can’t cause the app won’t work. I will change banks because of this. Terrible service.

I wrote a review explaining why I was unhappy with this app, and whoever manages their App Store page removed it, so I’m even more upset with the fact they will probably remove this too and that they do not let people share why they are unhappy with their app. Pathetic.

The current “updated” app is clunky in comparison to the version it replaced. The previous app was more simple and straightforward with easier navigation. Also encountered a bug when attempting to do mobile deposit from the landing page that prevents the phone’s keyboard (iPhone 12) from popping up when trying to input the check amount. Developer definitely should have done a more careful review of the app’s functionality before this version went live.
