When you get into a deep dive, it starts to lag then crashes. It struggles to support fast scrolling. If you know what you are looking for and are on a mission, you will get frustrated. The ‘Sort by’ feature also doesn’t seem to work the way you’d like either, has a tendency to just stick to one sort eg. newest first (only). Would recommend for a better user experience to investigate this as I know that other realestate apps don’t have this issue. I don’t want to use the desktop version on my iPhone 11 (iOS 17.5.1) but have to resort to it most of the time or get the laptop out. The agent does a deceptive bait and switch saying it’s not available but they’ve got other places. I point to another of their listings and that’s also not available. What they have available is not listed at all and much more than the properties they’ve listed in the same building.
