Es sind dann keine Überweisungen oder online Anmeldungen möglich. Diese Fehlermeldung ist auch noch sehr Irreführend weil da steht „… wir arbeiten schon daran“. Also wieder gleiches Prozedere wie beim letzten mal, auf zwei Geräten die App Deinstallieren und gleich wieder neu Installieren und natürlich mit der Aktivierungsgrafik neu am Konto anmelden. Interessant ist, das die neue Aktivierung dann tadellos geht, allerdings benötigt man den entsprechenden Brief dazu! **Developer response:** Hallo VTwinRocker, wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Feedback. Keinerlei Reaktion seitens der CoBa, kein Update, nichts. Dass man auf mobile somit komplett im Regen stehen gelassen wird, ist zu 100% hausgemacht durch dilettantische willkürliche Funktionsbeschränkungen: man kann nämlich geschickterweise in der zugehörigen Banking-App KEINE SMS-TANs als Ausweichmechanismus konfigurieren, das geht nur in der Web-Version, die aber ihrerseits auf mobile beinahe unbenutzbar ist (vermutlich weil: es gibt ja die App…). Ursprünglicher Review (stimmt alles noch): 1 Stern: seit dem letzten Update vor einer Woche stürzt die App sang-und klanglos direkt beim Start ab auf iPhone 11 Pro mit aktuellstem iOS 15.4.1 (war aber auch unter 15.3.1 genauso defekt). Bei irgendeinem random Spiel mag das verschmerzbar sein, aber für eine derart zentrale Komponente des Bankings ist es völlig inakzeptabel, dass nach einer vollen Woche keine Behebung einer so drastischen Fehlfunktion möglich ist. App deinstalliert und neu aktiviert führt dann aber zum Erfolg. So ein technisches Problem kann sicherlich mal passieren, sollte aber eine Seltenheit bleiben. Viele Grüße Ihr App-Team ### 5/5 — Technisches Problem einfach behoben *2022-08-15, version 9.2.2* Die photoTAN hatte bei mir ein Problem mit der Version 9.2. Nachdem ich die Ansage der Hotline geholt hatte konnte ich es lösen. Nachdem ich die App gelöscht habe, habe ich die App wieder neu installiert und anschließend über den Aktivierungsbrief aktiviert. Damit lief es dann wieder wie gewohnt. ### 5/5 — Geht wieder und tut was es soll *2022-08-14, version 9.2.2* Nachdem das 9.2-Update die App unbrauchbar gemacht hat, funktioniert 9.2.2 wieder - allerdings erst nach Löschung und erneuter Installation und Aktivierung. Zum Glück hatte ich die Aktivierungsbriefe griffbereit.
