If you type your password incorrectly (can’t see what you’re typing) it locks you out. I’ve set up facial recognition and it works and then it doesn’t. Try to reset password and it says I can’t use an old password. Well you just told me that password was incorrect, so obviously it wasn’t! The last 2 trips to the commissary it wouldn’t take off my coupons at the register. Of course the cashiers can’t do anything about it. It takes so much time to use this app. Search function sucks. I’ve recommended it enthusiastically. However, as of late, it’s a hot mess. I get time out errors. I searched the app for “bread” and “apples” and it came back with no products found. When the app can find products it takes 30-45 seconds to load results. It has gotten to the point where writing a list by hand and shopping in person would be more efficient. However lately it has been incredibly slow, sometimes taking over 3 minutes to add a single item to my cart. Along with this, it keeps logging me out of the app and refuses to recognize my Face ID, and refused to accept my password. I was just told my password expired….like what??? Idc if someone hacks this, there is no reason for re doing a password on an app like this!!! It loads incredibly slowly, the searches aren’t great and I can never select instructions if I want a substitute product. There’s no saved card method for checking out nor Apple Pay option. This key search terms are very specific to the item. If you misspell it it’s not gonna populate. For example chicken does not pull up, you have to put chicken breast or soup to find basics. System delays to process the order are about a minute. Select a time for pick up and it defaults to “error”. Kept moving down until one accepted. Are you kidding me? *2026-05-10, version 20260310* The commissary delivers. Did you know? Also, as I’ve arrived in Hawaii, I have been having difficulty with my forms of transportation. First off, waiting on my car to arrive on island. Then there was a time period where we were waiting on our insurance company to repair our car following a freak accident. Now my main forms of transportation are a bicycle and an electric bike. Getting groceries for my family during this rough time has stunk as you can imagine lugging 50 lbs of groceries on my back as well as my uniforms and boots on my back all the way to where I live on Ford Island. When I discovered that the Commissary could deliver to us it was a blessing straight out of Heaven from God. Thanks for delivering you have enabled me to keep my family well fed during this trying time of pedestrian and bicycling transportation. Thank you so much for delivering. There are many helpful features in the app that I use on a weekly basis.
