### 1.12 — 2026-08-21

PayPal QR codes now carry the sale amount. Scanning one opens PayPal with the total already filled in, instead of the customer having to type it. Both paypal.me and paypal.com/paypalme link formats are now recognised.
Connection problems no longer leave the app stuck on the loading screen. If the server can't be reached, you'll now see a clear message and a Try again button, and your shop stays registered.
Card payments are now recorded with their Stripe reference, so POS orders can be matched back to Stripe the same way online orders are.
Third-party analytics tracking has been removed from the app.

### 1.11 — 2026-08-11

Common Ground POS now speaks your language. The whole app: checkout, payments,
inventory and receipts is available in French, German, Spanish, Italian and
Portuguese, alongside English.
This version also adds a clear prompt when an update is required, so you always know
you are running a supported version.

### 1.10 — 2026-08-04

Cash drawer support - connect a Star mPOP to open your cash drawer automatically when you take a cash payment.
Receipt printing - print a receipt directly from the order confirmation screen, with your shop name, items, taxes and totals.
Faster scanning - the search field now clears itself after a scanned item is added to the basket, so you can scan a whole basket without touching the screen.
Newest items first - the basket now shows the most recently added item at the top.
Clearer payment errors - when a card payment fails, the app now tells you why instead of showing a generic message.

### 1.9 — 2026-05-26

Stripe SDK upgrade — improved reliability and compatibility for card reader payments.
Unlimited stock support — items with untracked inventory can now be added to cart without restriction.
Reader connection improvements — refined Bluetooth reader discovery and connection flow.

### 1.8 — 2026-04-15

The payment flow was updated to ensure correct sales tax rates for US stores by selecting the correct location.
