## What is Common Purpose Club?

Based in the iconic area of Mayfair, London, Common Purpose believes that it is empowering to empower others. Our mission is to provide an environment that actively enables our members to achieve their full potential for health, fitness and wellbeing. We take an evidence-based, client-centred approach, which means that every member's journey is a unique and collaborative effort. We believe that we can achieve this with our collective expertise in exercise, nutrition, recovery and mindset. All the while, remembering to enjoy the journey along the way.
