Is this really a software? I never seen such bad and glitchy looking terrible application. Stay away from this company!

Not much functionality. 

"My Leave" generates an inconveniently formatted list of prior time-off requests; no information on whether leave was half or full day, no running total of amount used/amount remaining. 

There is no ability to approve requests of employees reporting to me.
