- Get notified the moment something needs your attention

Common Projekts is invitation-only. If you're an active client of our studio and haven't received an invite, contact your project lead.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.5 — 2026-08-14

Bug Fixes and UI improvements

### 2.3 — 2026-08-09

What's New in 2.3

Budget — project totals at the top of the tab, cost cards with quotes attached by reference, and tap a quote thumbnail to preview or open it.
Deliverables — sheet thumbnails on every row, a swipeable file carousel, and approve/revise decisions per sheet instead of per set.
Chat — shared Photos and Files browser in the channel header, multiple attachments per message, pinch-to-zoom, and real names and avatars on every sender.
Contacts — a contact card you can actually read: tap to call, message, email or open a website, with multiple people and an address per company.
Contractors — general contractors now have RFIs, invoicing and their own project thread.
Fixes — portal links open in the app instead of Safari; internal documents no longer appear on the client side; more reliable attachment previews.

### 2.2 — 2026-07-23

What's new in Common Projekts

- Dark mode — the app now follows your system appearance, including the home screen widget.

- Contractor access — general contractors get their own workspace: a dashboard, a scope-only timeline, payment requests, messaging, and shared documents.

- Payment requests — GCs can submit draw requests with an invoice; your team reviews and approves before anything becomes client-visible.

- Project chat channels — conversations are now organized into channels so the right people see the right thread.

- Review deliverables — approve, request changes, or comment on issued deliverables directly from the app.

- Schedules — review material selections and record your decisions in one place.

- Password reset and change-password from the login screen.

- Faster loading, pull-to-refresh throughout, and email links that open straight into the app.

Plus assorted fixes and refinements.
