Rated ZERO stars! ### 1/5 — Same as other reviews - garbage *2020-11-10* Not sure what the problem is, but for ios14 and an iPhone 11, the app starts up, but then reverts back to the start screen when you try to start the camera. The thing is broadcasting because I can get a brief glimpse of an image, but it won’t stay. Basically the app is garbage making the scope useless. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Failed to connect to endoscope *2026-03-16, version 5.1.0* Apparently this is the updated app for the hdscope app however this app doesn’t include the profile for the hd scope cameras so cannot see these cameras. Support site goes to unrelated Chinese website with no English translation. Developer contact is none existent. Either update the profiles or the support or this app is being reported to Apple for fraud and a take down request will be issued you have 3 business days to respond. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-02-18, version 5.1.0* The QR code takes you to this app which only seems to be for Bluetooth when the endoscope a WiFi connection. The original app, HD scope that worked has been replaced with this so the endoscope now won’t work. ### 1/5 — La Aplicación no sirve. *2024-06-18, version 4.18* Es una estafa, la aplicación no sirve, la descargué y no carga nada, se queda totalmente en un color gris y luego se cierra. ### 1/5 — App not working on iphone *2024-05-19* Just plain gray screen. I Personally love it, I think the haters don't know that you need to buy the vacuum so you can use it! ### 3/5 — Inconsistent *2020-09-25, version 4.0* The worker the first time I used it but now it refused to connect to my phone. The app has a Q&A section however it’s a complete waste of time the info is in a very light font on a very light background and is therefore totally illegible. ### 3/5 — Pain in the but *2020-08-08, version 3.6* Once get it all turned on and everything it seems to have issues syncing up with the camera. The camera had the link on it to download this app to use. So I know I got the right app with the camera. When it does come on it just goes on and off on and off. A big pain in my butt. Everything was working great until now.
