Recently the app started rejecting checks from my employer as duplicates. Commonwealth’s only advice (after many phone calls & promises of help but NO follow up from CWCCU) was for me to drive to an affiliate and deposit through an ATM. I will do that Monday. I will also transfer my funds to another bank and I will close my Commonwealth accounts and delete this app Monday. No thanks to Commonwealth- terrible customer service to a customer of many years. ### 1/5 — Won’t let me set up online *2020-03-13, version 1.0.5412* So when I tried to make an account it keeps saying I’ve made one already when I haven’t. What do I do? ### 1/5 — Starting over *2018-06-24* So old app said a new app needed to be downloaded but didn’t point me to the direction of the new app. I can only assume this is the app as it accepted my credentials that I created from a web browser earlier in the week. I needed to transfer money to a relative and came to find out that the accounts are no longer linked- in the app or using desktop version via web browser. It seems I now need to start over. However my remote account is still linked. And the app had me going in circles creating a password over and over.
