I downloaded this app specifically to report a problem with my sidewalk and it is useless. It slows me to take a picture of the problem and ping its location. But then it takes me to a screen to select the category of problem and it just freezes. There’s no list of categories and I can’t type anything in. I ended up calling the city and got the problem fixed in a matter of days.
