## What is CommunATI?

CommunATI is the app schools use to run competitions, events, and community activities.

Built for the way schools actually work: one student or a hundred, one teacher running a Friday tournament or a regional consortium hosting a multi-day event — CommunATI scales down as well as it scales up.

WHAT YOU CAN RUN
Robotics tournaments. Math contests. Chess clubs. Science fairs. Talent shows. Music recitals. Spelling bees. Debate finals. Athletic meets. Sports tournaments with brackets and round-robins. Pop-up events for one afternoon, multi-day consortiums for a province. If your school does it together, CommunATI runs it.

LIVE BRACKETS AND SCOREBOARDS
Bracket builder for any number of entries. Judge mode with big buttons designed for a tablet on the table — no training required. Live scoreboards and bracket displays designed for projectors, TVs, and lobby screens. Real-time updates the moment a judge presses next.

FAMILY ACCOUNTS
Parents register the family, link their kids, see what events their kids are in, and get reminders when something changes. Spectator invites via secure QR codes so grandparents can watch from anywhere.

LIVE COMMENTARY
Assign a commentator role at your event. Their voice streams to spectators with a synchronized transcript. Cheers, polls, and structured reactions for the crowd — no free-text chat so kids stay safe.

MULTI-TIER COMPETITIONS
School to division to regional to provincial to national, all in one app. Top finishers cascade up automatically. Wildcards and seeding configured from the admin UI, not code.

EQUIPMENT INVENTORY
Pair every TV, tablet, phone, and laptop your school owns once. Assign roles per event from a grid — this TV is the scoreboard, this tablet is the door scanner, this phone is the judge clicker. Devices follow your event plan.

CAFETERIA, FUNDRAISERS, SCHOOL MENUS
Pop-up menu ordering for pizza days, bake sales, and concession stands. Kiosk-lockable tablet at the counter so kids tap-and-pay. Optional pickup queue on a TV. Payments go straight to your school's bank account through Stripe — CommunATI takes nothing.

SAFE BY DESIGN
Kid display names, never real names on public screens. Profanity-filtered inputs. Parental consent for under-13 sign-ups. No third-party tracking. No ads. PIPEDA and COPPA compliant. Audit log for every privileged action.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS LARGER THAN ONE SCHOOL
Multi-school consortiums, regional organizers, school district admins — all native. School-domain sign-on (Google, Microsoft, Apple, LTI 1.3 for the LMS). CSV roster import.
