The quality of the teachers and courses is excellent, and everything feels thoughtfully put together. I’m so glad I invested in the lifetime membership. It’s incredible value for the amount of content you get, and I love knowing I can dip in and out of different courses whenever I want. I would 100% recommend Commune to anyone interested in improving their health, mindset, and overall wellbeing. Video/audio stops if you turn the screen off. You can kinda work around the issue by going to the Home Screen and then clicking the screen off. Next episodes automatically play. Airplay works but is glitchy - CC shows on phone screen, if you pause the video before finishing, it times out and either restarts or moves on to the next episode. There’s a progress tracker to show what you’ve completed but it isn’t connected with the actual hosting website (which I believe is Kajabi) so if you log in on a web browser there’s no way of seeing what you’ve viewed on the app. The scheduling feature is a great concept, but also requires you to be in a mobile device to use it. Love the courses and these are minor inconveniences, but I find the app and website to be a bit frustrating to navigate and actually find/organize/watch content. Finally, I’ve not used the Apple TV or iPad apps. This is just my experience with an iPhone 15 and MacBook Pro using Safari as the browser. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-08-10, version 3.390.22* I purchased a year membership by accident. They don’t care about your wellbeing , they only care about your money. They will not refund offer a refund. Their customer service never takes ownership of the problem - they speak politely but never address the issues. I have been a loyal member in the past when I was able to work having both a subscription long term and buying courses which I was unable to access until more recently when they have finally reunited me with access to them. Do not trust them with your money or your wellbeing At a basic level, the app simply doesn’t play the content and crashes mid session and doesn’t save your place when it is reopened. They won’t help refund and refer me to Apple who have denied my refund. I also subscribed long term in the past and bought two courses which I am unable to access. They can’t seem to find the details and I have emailed them many times regarding this over the years. Do not trust them with your money and beware of the “free trial” ### 1/5 — App is even glitchier than website *2026-01-04, version 3.360.10* I have not been pleased with the Commune platform ever since my Wanderlust membership was converted to this service. It is inferior and the technology has never been user friendly. Before cancelling my membership, I thought I would make one last ditch effort to see if I could improve my user experience by downloading the app and it will not even open on my phone and keeps getting stuck on the opening screen. I’ve tried several emails without response. There is no option to cancel on the app either. Then came more enormous changes — family relationships shifted, menopause arrived, new love came into my life, and a new family evolved. Through all of this, Commune has been there. It has helped me understand not only the changes happening in my life and my body, but how to manage them, grow through them and heal.
