One star is because it does allow me to view files, sometimes, and it allows me to respond to staff, sometimes. However, no additional stars because it glitches terribly: moves the cursor in the middle of my typing, deletes letters, etc. When I’m looking at a document, I may be on page 22, and then suddenly it just goes back to page 1 and I have to figure out where I left off and scroll all the way back to that location and try to find my spot. It costs me a lot of time.

This is functional on the desk top (though I wish I could paste a screen shot directly into the message instead of attaching it).

On the iPhone App I can only read messages.  I can type but when I hit enter or send but nothing happens.

My clients struggle with it. It’s disjointed and the only ppl I can respond or send messages to are those that are listed at the top of my search. When I try to search for a name the app just spins or buffers or whatever. Lately I’ve had to constantly open and close the app to get it to refresh. I expect more from Smokeball

No matter how many times I reinstall the app, and re-request my security code, and re- sign in, my iPad communicate app shows no conversations— Just a dark gray bar where the conversations are supposed to appear.  Useless.  Please fix this bug!! (And of course, it is in vertical position, making the keyboard orientation less convenient - so I request a fix for that as well!) I’ll change the score once the problems are resolved.

My lawyer has been using this and I hate it. Recently sent me 5 files and no matter how I click or swipe, I cannot download.

I cannot find a website for this company so no help available.

I fully understand why it only got 2.7 stars.
