This app does not work. Changing your password does not work through the phone, and once the password is changed through a desktop you can’t log in. This app has numerous bugs, and I recommend finding a different program that works

I can’t login in since I registered the account, it has already been approved by my rent agent.
Reset password doesn’t work.

Been having trouble with logging in. I wanted to update the email address but I couldn’t change a new one so I deleted the original account and rejoin it with a new email address. However I cannot access the app. Once I typed the new email address and password, it said invalid Email or password. So I kept changing the password but it didn’t work at all.

Latest update logged me out of the app. Has always been incredibly slow and barely functional but was usable. 

Now I’m unable to even log in. Trying to reset password leads to nowhere, won’t even submit my email address to reset it. Clicking on tech support on the app page just leads to a website with no help. Absolutely infuriating.
