But now for probably about 4+ months, the loan payment feature to pay from an external account has been unavailable. In order to go around this issue, I have to transfer money from my external account into the savings account I hold at the bank (which I don’t use for anything) then transfer the money from my savings account to my loan. I understand that apps have issues some times and fixes need made, but considering this issue has been happening for months, it’s clear they aren’t really working to fix it. I contacted customer service about it on two separate occasions and all they’ve been able to offer is the work around of using my savings account instead. It definitely adds a level of inconvenience that makes me displeased with the app. ### 1/5 — Not a fan. *2021-11-20, version 1.1.5713* I also belong to Deere Employees Credit Union. There online banking and cellphone Mobile has got it going on. Whoever is designing their programming knows what they’re doing. Community first always freezes up or doesn’t load. It also lacks user options. and it’s kind of boring to look at.
