I have had to change my password numerous times. Even using facial I’d it tells me to type in the password ### 5/5 — Excellence *2024-07-30* I have been using this bank since I was 15, and I am now currently 37. I have never had a problem with this bank and their customer service! 10/10 ### 4/5 — Great Bank and App *2023-05-17* I love this bank and it’s employees are very nice. The app works great but sometimes I can’t log in due to maintenance and/or bugs or technical issues. But it does happen more often than other banks. Hopefully they fix it in the future!!!
