Strata managers need to be careful pushing lot owners onto these sorts of things if they simply don’t work. Doesn’t inspire even a little extra speck of confidence in an industry where Strata owner-occupiers are often treated as hapless cash cows. At the very least could you offer a free app that actually works, you think?? ### 1/5 — Useless system *2023-08-18, version 2.25* This has to be the worst designed app and website ever. There is no way to sign up as a new user to receive or pay levies. Chat bot doesn’t work. Stumped. To name a few problems 1. Inconsistencies logging in, refuses some users for no discernible reason. Randomly stops users from logging in 2. Assigning roles to users is ridiculously complex and error prone 3. Inconsistencies in the community portal functions - posts show up on desktop but not mobile. Ability edit or delete in some versions and not others. Notifications don’t send to certain users regardless of settings applied 4. Inconsistent functionality of EC functions and other financial sections between app and desktop The whole thing is a mess and should be scrapped and started over. It’s been years now and both the app and desktop are still junk with the same inconsistencies and bugs. ### 1/5 — Shockingly bad *2023-04-23, version 2.25* Doesn’t work and always crashes. Ive tried to change passwords, deleted & reinstalled the app etc and it won’t work!!! It’s a burden to users that are stuck having to use it. Not happy. ### 1/5 — Security Flaw *2025-03-05, version 2.33* After the users login credentials have been entered once they never need to log in again, either after closing down the app and even after re-booting the iPhone. Before rebooting the iPhone I deleted the saved credentials. I had to delete the app and reinstall it to get it to ask me for login credentials. The forgotten password feature just sends you around in circles. Let’s see what a Judge says in the Court of Arbitration when he finds out that lot owners have been trying to pay body corporate fees but aren’t able to and are then having fines levied against their lot. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2024-11-27, version 2.32* I don’t know which bugs have been fixed but now the app crashes every time I try to open the community wall function. This continues to happen when logging in later. Tried to submit feedback via the app, but get an error saying feedback couldn’t be submitted.
