Accounts are inaccessible about half the time. Bill pay takes multiple rounds of relaunch, retry, close and restart, relaunch to finally get to bill pay portal. I have a loan and cant link another bank to pay for it on this app????? whats the point. Happened to both my mom and I. It used to be a simple process and take seconds for the money to get to the other person, now it takes at least 30 minutes. None of my pending deposits show, and the pending transactions/available balance isn’t always 100% accurate. Really wish I hadn’t updated. Very disappointed. Also we are not able to see the deposits that are pending any longer. I really miss those features..
