Never received a debit card or any checks. My money was being direct deposited so I couldn't access it. When I went into finally ask where my debit card was, they told me that it had not been ordered. I asked why and she said "I don't know" But I could drive to 20 miles away and get one right now if I wanted to. I informed her I'm semi-blind And that is not an option. She offered zero apology and said I could also wait 10 more business days to have one mailed, and when I informed her she might lose a customer she shrugged and said nothing. I’d been using it for years and then this year it hasn’t let me set my income. It is operated by a third party vendor and when troubleshooting the issue they erased at least four years of my data from the budgeting portion of the app. It is still an ongoing issue and I have to send messages to the bank staff who then relay the issues to the vendor and then the bank has to call me back to tell me what the vendor has fixed. But each time it isn’t fixed. This is the worst designed app out of all of them. The way you make payments on loans is like transferring money from account to account.
