Their workers are all very friendly and professional. This app used to work, but after the change, you aren’t even allowed to sign in. Their website has also been down for two days. I’ve called customer service twice already to confirm my account and had been told it was now “unlocked”. Nope. You’re supposed to be able to put in your account, press continue at the top right, which will then let you put in your password. It is completely non-functional and, again, it’s been at least two days. This is not acceptable for a business that is supposed to be responsible to guard our life’s savings. I’m changing banks as soon as I have the ability to. ### 1/5 — New App *2025-06-21* I despise the new app from May 2025.
