Whenever I click on the mobile app it keep saying Access Denied and giving me some IP number and etc… when I call customer services they said on their side are fine. I’m not sure if it’s just the app or it’s my phone. I seriously deleted the app multiple times and it still says Access Denied. This new bill pay is NOT USER FRIENDLY. It involves many more steps and is a waste of time to the old version everyone liked. If this version is supposedly better why does it now have a separate helpline. Talking with employees at the credit union they seem to have the same attitude that I have.
