So annoying when you don’t have a choice but to use it. Do better CFCU ### 1/5 — You’re a bank, pay for a better app. *2023-04-19, version 5.0.0* Password reset function allows for minimum 8 characters with no more than two repeated characters. Not a single combination tried worked. Ended up using the website online banking. Seriously, the app is now deleted and transactions will be managed via the website, that’s the level of quality of this application. You at a bank. This is how your users move funds. Pay attention and solve the friction points of this review and the others. Run surveys and get more feedback and use those in combination. Have had no problems using the app before on beta versions of iOS, however with the recent update all of a sudden it is not possible. How poorly coded must this app be that running beta iOS software compromises security. I’m honestly starting to get really tired with this bank totally getting ripped off with fees lately now I can’t easily access the bank either… this is sad I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15yrs now opened my first ever bank account with these guys in like 2005 and still have the SAME ACCOUNT! But I can barely access it unless the app “feels” like letting me in.
