Community is an app designed for discovering, planning, and visiting photo exhibitions — built around both a visual and social experience. It combines a convenient, customized search, personal recommendations, an interactive map of current exhibitions, and social features. You can explore new exhibitions and galleries, share your impressions, support the promotion of exhibitions, attend events with friends, collect points, build your own archive, and much more. Every tool is thoughtfully crafted to save you time and make your exhibition visits as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Community helps you stay closer to art — and to the people inspired by it. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.5.0 — 2026-08-14 In this version, we’ve introduced many new features and improvements. 1. Broadcasts and Notifications: Broadcasts and notifications are now shown on the News screen (the second tab). If you open a push notification related to a broadcast or notification, the app will take you directly to the News screen so you can see the relevant update. 2. Archived Exhibitions: Visited an exhibition but forgot to record your visit before it ended? No worries. You can now record visits to exhibitions that have already ended. 3. TOP 20 Exhibitions: Support your favorite exhibitions and photographers! You can now see the current TOP 20 most popular exhibitions. You can influence the ranking by recording your visits, posting Impressions, and giving Likes. Likes received by Impressions also count toward an exhibition’s popularity. 4. Exhibition Page: We’ve improved the Exhibition Detail screen and updated the mini map. You can now expand the map and quickly build a route to the gallery. 5. Main Search: The main search is now more useful. You can quickly find a gallery or photographer and open their page directly from the search results. 6. General Performance: Many of the changes in this update may not be immediately visible, but they improve how Community works behind the scenes. We’ve made many internal improvements to make the app faster, more stable, and more reliable ### 1.4.4 — 2026-05-30 What could be better than visiting photo exhibitions? — Visiting them during reception parties, artist talks and special events! Community now brings together information about exhibition-related events across Tokyo — all in one app. Discover upcoming reception parties, artist talks, workshops and more! See you at the parties! ### 1.4.3 — 2026-05-18 THE MONTH OF PHOTOGRAPHY is one of Japan’s leading photography festivals, organized by the Photographic Society of Japan. Together with the festival , Community presents a special version of the app, where you can explore all participating exhibitions and plan your visits more easily. Specially for this event, a new feature will be available — visit all festival’s exhibitions, check in through the app, and receive an achievement! ### 1.4.2 — 2026-03-23 We’re introducing a refreshed look and several improvements to help you discover photo exhibitions in Tokyo more easily and intuitively.
