Login reset is impossible and using your email results in getting locked out. There is no way to make a digital payment for your homeowners association. Don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — Forgot password *2026-01-14, version 1.35.1* I need to reset my password, so I went to the link “Forgot my password” and entered my email address. I received the link, but when I tried to go to it, I got an error message. How am I supposed to pay so frustrating. ### 3/5 — Terrible Interface *2025-12-07, version 1.35.1* Man, I really, Really, REALLY hope we don’t pay for this type of service. The only good thing is that it allows biometric data to open. Loading the app, getting the passwords established…and still needed to go to the website to enable certain features. Spent over 30 minutes loading and setting passwords and waiting for this to work only to have the app timeout every time I tried to make a payment. I have used this app and even when there is a problem, they are very quick to help correct the issue. ### 2/5 — Multiple properties? *2024-06-19, version 1.28.1* App doesn’t allow for multiple accounts/properties. Lifetime is all over managing many neighborhoods-the app could provide a valuable service providing access to documents and dues paying in a one stop shop. It also deletes your draft if you switch apps before submitting... but after you get it, the server error does you in. ### 1/5 — APP *2023-07-19, version 1.26.3* Really don’t understand why any HOA uses this company. There has to be some monetary gain/incentive. When I googled Community Link nothing came up. Bad news! And it won’t let you change your Password. Will be calling the Department of Corporations in Calif tomorrow morning to file a complaint. Something is seriously wrong. Obviously a very unethical company.
