I had a very bad experience with Kannada Matrimony. Initially they show a few profiles and then push you to register by paying ₹6000 or more. Once you pay the amount, suddenly you will not see many useful profiles. After that, their team continuously calls and pressures you to take a “Personal Assistant” service which costs around ₹13,000 to ₹20,000.

Later they try to sell more paid services again and again. It feels like they are more focused on collecting money rather than genuinely helping people find matches.

In my opinion, this is a waste of money. Please don’t blindly believe their promises or marketing calls. Think carefully before paying even a single rupee. I request others not to register for this application or other community matrimony apps without proper research.

The overall app experience has been extremely disappointing. Notifications never arrive on time — some show up after 15 days, making the service completely unreliable. The Login via OTP feature is also useless; the app abruptly closes as soon as you enter the OTP and tap submit. This has made the app very frustrating to use. I would not recommend wasting your time or money on this application.

They will call you again and again to buy plan. To pay money and all they have good customer support but once you bought the plan there are no any customer support and very bad app experience never buy

Worst service. Photo and contact details are hidden. Without these, what purpose we have pay. What is the use majority case it’s hidden.

They don’t have profiles seems like they have bot profiles on their sites, and refund policy is non existence once you purchase the service means you are stuck

After subscribing, they’ll not at all respond. Assisted service is a big scam. Relationship Manager not at all intended to find suitable matches based on our requirement. They’re planing to make us their regular customers by not providing appropriate matches intentionally and not informing us when we get a response from suitable matches.

Waste of money. After using this app for 21 days, I received 5 matches, and many profiles appeared to be fake or inactive. Despite purchasing a paid plan, I did not get any meaningful responses or genuine matches. Customer support was also not helpful in resolving my concerns. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for a serious matrimonial service.

Very bad experience with this app. Useless service. False claims made by sales team while selling the plan. Customer support team is useless. I have already emailed and received a ticket id before if you ask me do it. But there’s no resolution and only emails with acknowledgement of issue are being circulated!!

It is always showing something went wrong but can’t read it again or refresh . Otherwise quite helpful to find within community. Recommend but need a support from customer service also.

I have started using this application from last week and I started with a free membership. Initially I wasn’t sure if this app would work properly because it is a disinter company and I was in an assumption that it would not be maintained well. But for my surprise it’s amazing and pretty fast and very easy to use less hassle. Actually It is much faster and less glitches compared to the parent(Bharath matrimony)

We have created 2 profiles in kamma matrimony. One account is suspended and for other account we are not receiving new profiles. Very poor service. We contacted lot of customer care people. But nobody are responding properly. Very disappointed with the services. We even emailed stating our issues. But there was no response.

I am a doctor and joined Padmashali matrimony for my son. This is just because of a constant suggestion/prompt from Telugu Matrimony. It gives me an email that some girl is newly added. When I open the profile it gives me a whole white page, with a message in a small print that my package/girl’s settings will not allow me to see a single detail of her. When I call for assistance also they give the same reply. What’s the point? Either you can avoid such emails for such blocked persons or you can give an email to upgrade my package, showing one or two details of the same girl who is blocked for people of my package. Please don’t waste our time with such useless messages from you, in the world of so much developed technology.
