Inability to answer calls unless you have the app open. You also can’t change your call device from the app. App will also log me out and then give an error that my account is locked due to failed attempts when I didn’t attempt anything ### 5/5 — Works awesome! *2023-10-26* No issues on wifi and T-mobile carrier is solid ! ### 1/5 — Not Compatible *2023-08-30* It doesn’t allow you to pick up a call unless you have the phone unlocked and app open. If you answer from the Lock Screen it just times out and the call is missed. Once you do get it open, it doesn’t use the actual phone audio/mic so there’s no noise cancellation features and whoever is calling you hears a distracting echo of their own voice. ### 1/5 — Avoid if possible *2023-08-02* I don’t even want to give 1 star as I have not been able to use this App. I have to have this app for work and it does not function. I have not been able to get anywhere with the help desk. I have a new iPhone 14, I can’t make outbound calls, half the time the app doesn’t even open. ### 1/5 — Never worked. *2022-10-07* I have an iPhone 12. My new job wants to use this app for call forwarding for working remotely and it has never worked, despite hours of tech support having me try the same things over and over and over. Roy and Leo in Manila and his loud rooster in the background were wonderful and entertaining, but were unable to fix anything. It’s just not optimized nor compatible with iOS.
