UPDATE: the seemed to fix the mobile issue. So it’s working again.

I would recommend using the desktop version. It seems I’m not able to use the app on my phone anymore because when I start texting it freezes up.

What an absolute NIGHTMARE it has been to deal with this unresponsive company. The small amount of interaction I have had with the people that represent this company has left me feeling unvalued, unimportant and frustrated. . And they charge a steep price to make sure you feel that way as their customer. STEER CLEAR of this business, there are far better services than community

This company is very difficult to work with.  We attempted to cancel several times and were met with days / weeks between support emails and got pushed around until our “yearly renewal”.  Now it is “our fault”  and we are unable to cancel because the contract renewed again, so apparently we are stuck for another year.
There is no phone number to call and cancel, just email chains from people asking what they can do to help us get the most of out of the platform.
Unfortunately we were excited initially about this app but the company makes it painful.

As you can see from all the latest reviews what started out GREAT how’s now become an OVERPRICED outdated texting platform with a bunch of UNNECESSARY features that give you to justify OVERCHARGING you. 

Started out at a reasonable fixed rate with unlimited text to a HIGH monthly fee on top of paying PER TEXT! 

This app is highway robbery! If they went back to their old business model and structure I’d give it 5 stars but the latest is not worth the 1 star I can only leave

I had Community App for three years and it was too basic. My own text messaging app on my phone does WAAAAAY MORE than the Community app. Also when I sent videos, it was like sending a video to someone’s flip phone. The quality was HORRID. EXTREMELY pixilated, blurry and poor quality videos.

I was paying $110/mo for their service. Then all of a sudden without warning they cut my service and said I had to register my number on some US Registry phone list (which cost extra money).

It took them FOREEEEEVVVVVVEEERRRR to get Dark Mode (over 3 yrs) to which I was finally done when they wanted more money. 

It’s truly not worth it. 

Also you don’t get to see your clients numbers or even keep their info. I had a coaching business and would have new people sign up for a daily positive text often (to my Community number) but I wouldn’t have access to their phone number. Which was kind of weird …

If you wanna waste $100/mo .. be my guest. But Community just ain’t it. PASS
