Auto pay didn’t work. Deleted account but now can’t register new account.

Just like the park I live in, absolute trash. Can’t even register.

at first everything is fine but after a couple of months the application takes a couple days to take payments out of the bank to the point where even though I’ve had the complete amount for the payment it added $75 more saying that my payment is late when they haven’t processed the transaction.
