The turnstile for human verification does not work. It says I’m not a human and won’t let me claim a reward

I love how I’m able to get a gift card depending on the dollar amount but I have notice recently that I keep getting turnstile verification failed as an error message and that will send me to trouble shot to figure out what’s going on. Is there a way to fix the issue? Cause all I’m doing is racking up the points and not be able to use them to get the gift card I want!!!

I tried to log into community rewards on the website and on the app. I got emails both times that I couldn’t be logged in. I opened an email from community rewards that I had gotten from my property months ago, about rating them, and the page said that my property had discontinued the community rewards program. So I can’t log in or redeem my points that I was saving up for an Amazon gift card. There’s no customer support for community rewards and they never sent me any notification about the discontinuation. This is not how anyone should treat another human being. So this is a warning to all users that if your property ends their contract with community rewards, you will lose all your hard-earned points.
