I guess it's useless ### 1/5 — WASN’T ABLE TO REDEEM POINTS DUE TO MY PROPERTY BEING DISCONTINUED *2024-11-21, version 4.6* I tried to log into community rewards on the website and on the app. I got emails both times that I couldn’t be logged in. I opened an email from community rewards that I had gotten from my property months ago, about rating them, and the page said that my property had discontinued the community rewards program. So I can’t log in or redeem my points that I was saving up for an Amazon gift card. There’s no customer support for community rewards and they never sent me any notification about the discontinuation. This is not how anyone should treat another human being. So this is a warning to all users that if your property ends their contract with community rewards, you will lose all your hard-earned points. ### 1/5 — They do not pay up *2024-02-23, version 4.6* I live at sherwood station and been playing I’m owed at gift card it’s been a week. I can’t log in without the “magic link” because I don’t have a password. When I try to create a password it takes me right back to the start, asking me to enter my email so they can send me that broken link again. They basically stole from me. Do not use this dishonest company. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Is there a way to fix the issue? Much like reading the part of a short story where you get to have a starring role. . As for me, I love seeing the photos my neighbors put in and I get to vote on those I like the best…I hope mine are seen an appreciated as well. Also, a bit of a treasure hunt where my stylus runs around in apps such as Facebook and my points add up just for saying hi. Then, there is my chance to let management know how I think they are doing….more points… I continue to be happily surprised when my points add up to a dinner at Applebee’s or a box of pint of icecream at CVS. And I never have to leave my lounge chair or get out of my pajamas. I know I haven’t mentioned everything about Community Rewards…but that’s ok. I left a few surprises for you. Enjoy being rewarded by our community.
