I have to log in and out for a second time inorder for the app to work it's been that way since getting a iPhone it didn't have the problem with a android. I have never experienced a loan officer who lack phone etiquette when speaking with customers! She was beyond rude! I have been a customer for over 15years and will never consider making CSCU my primary bank due to the lack of unprofessional staff.
