Community Signals keeps your building or neighborhood in sync - without group chats, noise, or missed messages.

Whether you live in an apartment building, a townhouse row, or a small complex, Community Signals gives residents a shared dashboard for the things that actually matter day-to-day.

REAL-TIME STATUS UPDATES
Is the bin empty? Are the streets icy? Is the intercom broken? One tap updates everyone instantly. No more wondering, no more asking in the hallway. Statuses update live across all devices. Every resident sees the same picture at the same time.

PACKAGE TRACKING
A neighbor picked up your parcel? Mark it in the app. The recipient gets notified immediately and can collect it when ready. No sticky notes. No forgotten packages.

SMART NOTIFICATIONS
Get push notifications when something important changes - bins, ice, parcels. A built-in cooldown prevents notification spam so residents only get alerted when it matters.

CREATOR CONTROLS
Building owners create a unique code and share it with residents. New joiners can send a message when requesting to join. The creator reviews and approves or blocks each request - keeping the community private and trusted.
