Whenever there’s a password change it declines my login. Message states that it cannot verify my credentials. When I contact the credit union no one seems to know what is happening. They fix it one day and the next day it will not let me login. It seems strange that I can login to communitysouth.net with Safari and it accepts my user id and password every time. ### 1/5 — Never Working *2025-05-10* Whenever I go to sign into my account it keeps telling me that it can’t verify my credentials! It’s frustrating because I just made a new password to get in i was able to log in once and now it’s not able to verify my account AGAIN!! I didn’t want to keep making new passwords so I waited a while (MONTHS) before doing so and here it is, a repeated cycle. I am not sure if it is just my account that this happens too but this is not ideal and I should be able to check my account whenever I want. ### 1/5 — Not working anymore. *2021-04-07* It was a good app, but suddenly it wouldn’t log me in anymore. Stucked on verifying the information. ### 1/5 — Will not load. *2017-04-10* After latest IOS update it will not load. Developers need to update app!!! I've had this app for over two years now and it slowly has gotten worse. It has now become completely useless. ### 1/5 — App does not work *2016-07-22* This app fails to verify and then locks my account so I have to change my password each time. In fact, this is possibly the worst app in the App Store for online banking. ### 1/5 — Will not work *2016-05-17* Your website and app are completely worthless!! I can never get your stuff to load and today it just keeps taking me back to the sign in screen like I haven't even tried 😡 such a waste. Electronic banking is necessity nowadays and you just don't have it! ### 1/5 — Setup process takes you in circles! *2014-09-22* I went through the steps to verify my device. After finally getting it to work after several tries, it then prompted me to name the device. I hit save and continue and it asks me to name the device 3 more times. Then it sends me to the screen to verify my device all over again. Finally gave up. ### 2/5 — John Boy *2023-11-09* Recent updated app would not allow me to login. Took days with assistance of local branch office to get it resolved. ### 2/5 — Bugs *2021-12-30* It keeps saying HTTP Error 401 and not letting me check my balance or even log in for that matter. ### 4/5 — Pretty Good - Now Works with Lastpass *2020-09-25* I use the app quite often. Simple to navigate, check balances, and transfer funds between accounts. Latest version will now let you log in with Lastpass password manager. Now shows pending charges.
