It’s the only way I can access my bank account. It’s been nothing but problems since I’ve downloaded it. Lately It gets stuc on the loading screen when you log into your account. You have to reload the page about five times at least to even see your account balance. Before that it was constantly logging you out and then making you change your password over and over again. Then there were times where it completely logged me out and made me call the bank to give them my personal information to let me into my account again. The way they have it laid out is extremely confusing as well. It’s hard to find the order of your transactions and when they were actually made. For as long as I’ve had this app, it has been nothing but problems for me. The new app is smoother, higher functioning, and has more safety features than its predecessor.
