Whats strange that a prompt of OTP is shown after giving phone number but popup opens asking for google account! The support team keeps saying they will call back but no one reverts. My friend told me to update to ios latest update & now it works. ### 2/5 — Response buttons are missing *2021-02-18* I am facing issue in app on iOS. Earlier I was able to see buttons for shradhanjali , congratulations, etc . Now those buttons have been removed and only blank space is there. Also not able to favourite tab on top. Can you please help as my family is also facing same in iOS ### 1/5 — Data breach?? *2020-09-06* I am getting several Instagram requests and messages saying that my profile On commutree has been found with no phone number. Could You please send me this profile as it is FAKE account and I have never ever created a profile on your app or website. Please can you investigate as I am really worried that random Pictures and profiles have been shared and created of me and it is not real and someone has taken pictures to create the account. Can you please look into and get back to me assp as I will be reporting the app if this is not investigated. There should be a proper safety check before anyone is allowed to create a profile. Their admin support is useless. ### 2/5 — Could use some better upgrades. *2018-06-30* This is a amazing way to find connections and network with new people. Downside to this app is that it crashes too much. It needs better ui development (Needs a really nice UI for a better UX) might boost the interest of many teenagers to use the app. A different color might be more affective. Even after paying and becoming premium member they do not show all profiles. I as an Developer can say that you’re forcing the Users to share the Contact Permissions against their Rights, Preferences which is not a good practice.. and if I’d option to five negative ratings then I would give the negative rating n feedback ### 1/5 — Commutree messages not uploading *2024-08-23* The problem of uploading daily messages has been complicated. Since last couple of months it has. Worsened. The new messages takes two to three days to appear on my iPhone 15pro. Despite calling your office was advised to log out and log in, Delete the app and reload it.
