Our Columbia crews would rank well among others I’ve known. I know that collection trucks and their workers work long hours in often terrible weather. They pick up the worst of us - heavy, wet, over/filled bags. Stuff that doesn’t meet the rules for pickup. Stuff that smells badly. But what I notice most is that if I’m out when they toss our bags into the truck, I always get a friendly wave. They offer their best efforts toward our worst junk.
